Just north of Sunset Beach and just south of Seal Beach is a very small residential community of Surfside. You will only find a Post Office which delivers mail to only 400 to 500 houses there. It is entirely guard gated and vistor parking is almost non-existant by design. There are no stores or restaurants. A home in this very exclusive beach community is a highly sought after prize as few of these properties are ever for sale.
